NeverMissed ("we", "us") builds AI receptionist software for home-service businesses. This policy explains what data we handle and why.

1. Data we collect

• Demo widget: messages you type into the demo chat are processed by an AI model to generate a reply. We do not require signup for the demo and do not sell demo data.
• Contact inquiries: if you email us or submit our contact form, we store your message and contact details to respond.
• Client deployments: for paying clients, end-customer inquiries submitted through their widget (name, phone, address, job details) are stored on the client's behalf, solely to deliver the service.

2. Third-party processors

Chat replies are generated via third-party AI APIs (OpenRouter/OpenAI). Message content passes through these providers under their data-processing terms. We do not use client conversation data to train models.

3. Hosting

The website and demo are hosted on Vercel (US). Server logs (IP address, user agent, timestamps) are kept up to 30 days for security and rate-limiting.

4. Your rights

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing us. We respond within 30 days.

5. Children

Our services are business-to-business and not directed at children under 16.
