NeverMissed provides AI receptionist software ("Service") that answers website/chat inquiries on behalf of home-service businesses. The demo on this site is provided free, as-is, for evaluation.
Paid plans (setup fee + monthly retainer) are agreed per client in writing (email or contract). Payment is due on invoice. The retainer renews monthly until cancelled with 14 days' notice. Fees already paid for the current month are non-refundable after the first 7 days.
Clients must provide accurate business information (services, service area, pricing, hours) and must disclose to their own customers that an AI assistant handles initial inquiries where local law requires it.
The Service may not be used for unlawful activity, spam, harassment, or to impersonate humans where prohibited by law.
The Service uses large language models, which can produce errors. It is a lead-capture and qualification tool, not professional advice. Clients remain responsible for final service decisions, quotes, and scheduling.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NeverMissed's liability is limited to fees paid in the preceding 3 months. No liability for indirect or consequential damages.
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced to active clients at least 14 days in advance.
